      ROMS for Sale

For 23 years, Rich Oliver’s Mystery School has taught riders how to ride safely, correctly, and at every level. It’s built on a system designed and refined by a champion racer.

We’re open and riding. Classes are running every week, and the school is now for sale. This is a turnkey operation, and the doors stay open the morning after the keys change hands.

      What’s included:
      ✅ 14 custom-designed acres on a long-term, transferable lease
✅ 7 proprietary curriculums with written SOPs for every lesson, for riders age 8 and up
✅ 40+ professionally maintained Yamaha motorcycles, plus a 3-year supply of parts, tires, and oil already in stock
✅ An experienced on-site manager and 4 fully trained coaches, ready on day one
      ✅ A 3-month, hands-on transition with the founder
✅ Official Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA training center, with Yamaha as our major sponsor
✅ Government and state contracts, certified law enforcement training, and funded charter school youth programs
✅ Multiple programs running at the same time, with a model built to scale

Twenty-three years built the foundation. What you build next is up to you.

Serious inquiries only: email info@richoliver.net to request our NDA. Once it’s signed, we’ll send the CIM, financials, and full acquisition package.
